Be the first friendly voice drivers meet. Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with the people who keep us moving.
What you'll do
- Recruit and onboard qualified CDL A drivers
- Source drivers through different recruiting channels
- Communicate with drivers and guide them through the hiring process
- Follow up with drivers and maintain relationships
- Work closely with operations and safety teams
What we're looking for
- Previous recruiting experience — trucking or logistics is a plus *
- Excellent communication and people skills *
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus *
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable with a high volume of calls *
- Familiarity with ATS / CRM tools is a plus *
