What you'll do
- Monitor and manage ELD systems and driver logs
- Assist drivers with ELD-related questions and technical issues
- Review log violations and communicate with drivers regarding corrections
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of ELD systems and FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules — or willingness to learn *
- Strong attention to detail *
- A clear, patient communicator who enjoys helping drivers *
- Comfortable working with software and dashboards *
- English required *
